Documents manual type karne padenge?
Nahi — RC/policy/PAN photo se auto-extract. Aadhaar kabhi nahi — customer type kare agar chahiye.
Customer ko pata chalega platform use ho raha hai?
Nahi — member hero, system peeche. Platform branding chatbot feel nahi.

Docs scatter — RC yahan, PAN wahan?
RC/PAN/policy photo se fields auto-extract. Ek jagah organized.
Fitness/permit/RC expiry notebook pe?
Auto-reminders expiry se pehle. Customer chala nahi jaata.
Transfer/registration form dubara type?

Print ke liye bhi OCR ka paisa?
Nahi. Print ready mein OCR nahi lagta.

Policy ki photo se expiry yaad, aur 30, 7, 3 din pehle aur aakhri din customer ko aapke WhatsApp number se yaad, buttons ke saath. Sub-agent ke customers ki list sub-agent ko.

Nahi. Pehle platform + customers/docs use karo. WhatsApp jodo jab ready ho.
Data safety
Kya mera customer-data safe hai?

Kya main apna khud ka rate customers se le sakta hoon?
Haan. Kekthal aapka rate tay nahi karta.

Customer ko jaane wale message kaun banata hai?
Kekthal. Reminder ke template Kekthal banata hai aur Meta se approve karwata hai, aapke WhatsApp account pe. Har message mein aapke business ka naam jaata hai.
